Joe Hennigan a professional Director of Photography and Steadicam and Drone operator with over twenty years of experience. He has been the Director Of Photography on over 20 feature films that are distributed worldwide by: Lions Gate, Sony, Tubi, Phase 4, Smogcast Films, Sundance Films, Better Noise Films,Vertical Entertainment.

 

Joe also owns all his own gear, including: 35 Alexa Camera, Sony Fs9, Cooke Anamorphics, Zeiss Ultra Primes, Steadicam, 4 Ton Grip truck, and all the toys to make high end films.

 

In 2022, Hennigan was hired to DP A 800k film for Sony/Tubi called "A Party To Die For", and a Million dollar kids film for Lions Gate called, "Sparkle, a Unicorn Story"

 

Before that in 2021/2022 he shot "Retaliators", a five million dollar film by Better Noise Films that was released in over 1200 theaters by lions Gate in the USA. The movie Currently has an 88% on Rotten Tomatoes and is one of the ten highest rated horror films of 2022 on the site.

 

He has done steadicam on many major shows, "The Amazing Race", "Impractical Jokers",and "Fox Sports" , 

 

Joe was the DP on these TV Show projects/episodes: Four 22 minutes Episodes of "Esports, Athletes Rising" on FS1 and Fox Sports, 26 Episodes (two seasons) of "Kawan Kitchen Mate" a cooking show on the India "STAR" Channel, which was the first American produced show on that Channel. Two seasons (26 episodes) of a national hunting/fishing show hosted by the Philadelphia Eagles Hall of Famer, Trent Cole, called "Blitz TV" on NBC Sports.

 

In 2020-2021, Joe Hennigan was the direction of photography/steadicam Op on 8 music videos for the music label “Better Noise Music” for the bands Mötley Crüe, The Hu, Papa Roach, Five Finger Death Punch, Bad Wolves, Cory Marks, Eva Under Fire, Ice Nine Kills, and Escape theFate. His video “Wolf Totem” by The Hu feat. Papa Roach has over 45,000,000 views on YouTube.

 

2020 Joe Hennigan shot a 500K documentary/biography film called, "Lucky Jack" spanning over 5 centuries of period piece flashbacks. This was about the life of a unemployed/highschool drop out whom at the age of thirty decided to become a brain surgeon.
